The idea of movement is great but it is the actual moving that is of real benefit!
Here's an example of an easy way to move more.
Making chicken tikka massala. Movement involved include: walking to the supermarket and the butcher's carrying shopping (on natural terrain as much as possible), reaching up high and down low for ingredients and utensils in the kitchen, chopping up chicken, onions, ginger, garlic, grinding spices sitting on the floor, breathing in the beautiful aroma (hello diaphragm!), picking lovingly grown carrots as accompaniment and coriander from the garden for the final touch.
