Hands-on therapy for women as a way of facilitating movement, releasing tension and giving a sense of lightness to your body. Provided on a mat on the floor in the position that suits the individual body the best - sometimes seated or lying on your side, using bolsters as needed, in combination with a restorative position or movement, which you will be encourage to carrying on doing at home.
