Massage helps inform your movement needs and will help develop your body awareness further. You will be able to detect your areas of tension, some of which you may be unaware of, and be given the opportunity to focus on them and let them release.
You will LEARN how your body works, EXPLORE, SEE and FEEL how individual parts of your body move and APPRECIATE what your body can do now.
This will help you identify your body's needs and support its innate ability to heal and thrive.
Your stance will gradually improve through some simple postural adjustments instead of correcting tension with tension, and your whole-body mobility and strength will increase from the feet up as you welcome relaxed alignment and movement back into your life.
