A natural whole-body approach to pain and dysfunction

MASSAGE THERAPY ONLY
I combine various soft tissue therapy techniques, working with your body (not against it) and use organic massage oils, currently transitioning to UK grown oils.

My approach is inspired by my 300-hour training* with Katy Bowman, teaching simple every day movements to improve whole-body joint mobility as well as strength of muscles and bones, supporting the body's natural ability to heal itself.

​Combining the best of both worlds in 60 or 90-minute sessions.
Individual gait analysis
My particular interest lies in improving the way we walk and this can be done outdoors at a mutually suitable location or online. An additional session indoors can also be helpful.

Monthly gait workshops that last around 45 minutes, starting on Saturday 21st May, 9.30am (£10 per person)
monthly Natural mindfulness walks
Local walks away designed to reconnect us to nature, lasting around 2 hours, starting on Saturday 21st May, 10.30am (£10 per person)

Massage and/or movement therapy for women only: £60 per hour​ + £10 for every additional 10 minutes

Half-hour appointments and children's one-hour appointments: £40

​Every Friday, from 7am to 6pm. Saturday morning 7am-12noon.


​Please note that wearing a mask is compulsory in the treatment room for both therapist and client.

I created the VTR as a self-care space where you can learn how to sit, stand, walk, squat in a way that gradually improves whole-body mobility, strength so you can become your own personal trainer.

HEAL YOUR BODY
You will learn how to self-massage and heal minor soft tissue injuries, how to tune into nature and your inner sensations and how to infuse movement in your daily life, improving your health and general wellbeing so that you become your own therapist.

SHARE YOUR WISDOM

Once you start seeing progress in yourself, you can start sharing your wisdom with your family and friends and even clients if you work in the health, fitness or education sector.

* includes access to videos and helpful posters on how to perform simple exercises in private area of this website

* includes one 40-minute movement coaching session, outdoors or on Zoom every six months, to motivate and support you on your journey
