My approach is inspired by my 300-hour training* with Katy Bowman, teaching simple every day movements to improve whole-body joint mobility as well as strength of muscles and bones, supporting the body's natural ability to heal itself.

LEARN ABOUT YOUR BODY
I created the VTR as a self-care space where you can learn how to sit, stand, walk, squat in a way that gradually improves whole-body mobility and strength so you can become your own personal trainer. HEAL YOUR BODY You will learn how to self-massage and heal minor soft tissue injuries, how to tune into nature and your inner sensations and how to infuse movement in your daily life, improving your health and general wellbeing so that you become your own therapist. SHARE YOUR WISDOM Once you start seeing progress in yourself, you can start sharing your wisdom with your family and friends and even clients if you work in the health, fitness or education sector. |
