My name is Isabelle and I am passionate about movement.
Having been sedentary for most of my life (especially at university and work), I want to make sure that I get all the movement that my body has been craving for all these years. Having suffered from persistent pain in my wrist, ankles, hip and back, I know from direct experience that progress through movement is possible.
I follow a whole person approach and am particularly keen to help you understand your basic anatomy better and to show you how you can use movement to heal pain so that you can rely on external interventions less and less. You can become the expert of your own body and the very first step you take towards improved body awareness is progress!
I particularly love showing my clients how they can gradually build more movement into their day without special equipment and reap the benefits of a supple, strong body with good circulation, a strong immune system and high levels of energy.
