Movement Therapy session
I follow an approach inspired by American biomechanist Katy Bowman's work, teaching simple every day movements to improve whole-body joint mobility and strength of muscles and bones, supporting the body's natural ability to heal chronic injury and pain.
My particular interest lies in improving the way we walk and the way we breathe. I also enjoy showing my clients simple ways to add movement to their daily lives.
