My aim is to help you understand the cause of your pain or dysfunction and to give you lots of helpful tips on how to improve mobility and strength, using the following:
Soft Tissue Therapy– massage and advanced soft tissue manipulation techniques, to treat musculoskeletal pain or dysfunction, restore function, prepare the body for athletic activities, maintain the body in optimal condition, enhance recovery, prevent injury and improve posture.
Oncology Massage – massage for people undergoing surgery, radiation or chemotherapy or who have a history of cancer. Massage therapy techniques are adapted to work safely and effectively with people diagnosed with cancer.
Restorative Exercise – movement modality which combines alignment, biomechanics and natural movement, aiming to help movers of all levels move more and better. The corrective exercises I teach are for you if you feel restricted by the condition of your knees and hips, suffer from chronic tension in the shoulders and neck, want to be able to walk longer or pain-free, would love more freedom of movement or want to reduce back pain, resolve a weak core and generally restore strength and confident movement.
