I personally find being outdoors both calming and energising. I always feel better for spending time outside - It clears my head and relaxes my body - especially when moving parts of me that don't get to move much indoors, and I want other people to experience this too.
My specialist subject is helping people slowly recover the ability to relax, walk well, squat, crawl, hang, swing, with a relaxing and stabilising effect on the spine and pelvis, a relaxing and strengthening effect on the muscles and bones in our hips, legs, feet, shoulders, arms and hands and a soothing effect on the nervous system.
