Initial Consultation - remote
- Video call (approx. 1.5 hours) aimed at gathering as much information as possible to build a picture of your issues, your strengths, your lifestyle and your goals, and watch you walk.
- Written report within 7 days, including guidance and personalised exercises to work on, to address the root causes of your current walking challenges.
- Unlimited email and/or text support for 30 days - please update me weekly but you are welcome to email or WhatsApp me as much as you need. Sharing videos showing how you walk or perform an exercise is a great way to get quick feedback and guidance. We can make adjustments based on your updates, and of course sometimes you just need someone to tell you you're doing a good job, and I'm happy to do that too!

Initial Consultation - in person
- Video call (approx. 45 minutes) and walk (approx. 1 hour) in agreed location aimed at gathering as much information as possible to build a picture of your issues, your strengths, your lifestyle and your goals, and watch you walk from the front, the side and the back.
- Written report within 7 days, including guidance and personalised exercises to work on, to address the root causes of your current walking challenges.
- Hands-on therapy session (approx. 1 hour) in chosen location (home, Henley, Nuffield oe Pangbourne), including muscle strength testing and joint mobility checks, to see if limitations in your ankles, hips, or knees are hindering your gait.
- Written report within 7 days, including guidance and personalised exercises to work on, to address the root causes of your current walking challenges.
- Unlimited email and/or text support for 30 days - please update me weekly but you are welcome to email or WhatsApp me as much as you need. Sharing videos showing how you walk or perform an exercise is a great way to get quick feedback and guidance. Daily feedback via email or WhatsApp available (Mon-Fri) allowing timely feedback and the ability to share videos and discuss progress.
