I personally find being outdoors in a natural environment both calming and energising.

I always feel better for spending time outside - It clears my head and relaxes my body - especially when moving parts of me that don't get to move much indoors, and I am keen for other people to experience this too. 

Research has shown that walking outdoors enhances our health, especially when movement is fine tuned to involve the feet and hips more and when unnecessary tension is identified and released.

It's not just the quantity of walking that matters in terms of health but the quality, variety and frequency.
